Because the membership is generous, we ask one small thing back: keep it for the people in your life, not as a service to lend to strangers. Here’s how we think about it.
Fair use
- A family of four passing through every couple of weeks.
- Booking your parents in for a haircut once a month.
- A houseguest using the number on a single visit.
- One member, two visits in a week before a wedding.
Over-use
- The same number coming through the chair every single day for a week.
- A clear pattern of unrelated walk-ins all sharing one number.
- The number used at a frequency no household could plausibly visit.
- In any of these cases we’ll start with a friendly call, and reserve the right to pause or terminate the membership.
Walk in to either Diana & Dapper branch (Sainikpuri or Malkajgiri) and tell our front desk. We'll ask for one phone number, take a one-time ₹500 at the counter, and that's it. The card is digital, no plastic to keep track of.
Yes. The Club is tied to a phone number, not a face. If your spouse, parents, or children want to use the same number at checkout, they get the same 10%. We trust our regulars - Sharing is caring.
Roughly: A household uses a salon a few times a month. If we see the same number coming through every single day, or a clear pattern of strangers borrowing it, we'll have a friendly chat first, and reserve the right to pause the membership.
It's a one-time activation, not a deposit. We don't refund it. But five years of 10% off - even on a couple of haircuts and a facial - comes out comfortably ahead.
It applies to your service price before tax, on its own. We don't stack it with first-visit promos or seasonal packages. Whichever discount is larger applies.
