Fair use

- Booking your parents in for a haircut once a month.
- A houseguest using the number on a single visit.
- You and your partner, two visits in a week before a wedding.
Over-use
- The same number coming through the chair every single day for a week.
- A clear pattern of unrelated walk-ins all sharing one number.
- The number used at a frequency no household could plausibly visit.
- In any of these cases we’ll start with a friendly call, and we reserve the right to pause or end the membership.

- How do I join?
- Walk in to either Diana & Dapper branch (Sainikpuri or Malkajgiri) and tell our front desk. We'll ask for one phone number, take a one-time ₹500/₹1000 at the counter, and that's it. The card is digital, no plastic to keep track of.
- What's the difference between the two tiers?
- Just the discount and the join fee. The Club is ₹500 for 10% off; The Club Plus is ₹1000 for 20% off. Everything else is identical: both branches, five-year validity, sharing with family, the same phone-number system. The Plus tier simply saves you twice as much, twice as fast.
- Can my partner and family really use my membership?
- Yes, that's the whole idea. The membership is tied to a phone number, not a face. Whoever gives that number at checkout gets your tier's discount, whether it's your partner popping in for a beard trim or your mum booking a facial.
- Can I start on 10% and upgrade to 20% later?
- Absolutely. Come back to the counter any time and pay the ₹500 difference to move from The Club to The Club Plus for the rest of your five years. No paperwork, no reset of the clock.
- Is the join fee refundable?
- It's a one-time activation, not a deposit, so we don't refund it. But even a couple of visits a month earns it back quickly, and the calculator above shows you exactly when.
- Does the discount stack with other offers?
- It applies to your service price before tax, on its own. We don't stack it with first-visit promos or seasonal packages. Whichever discount is larger applies that day.
- What counts as fair use?
- Roughly: A household uses a salon a few times a month. If we see the same number coming through every single day, or a clear pattern of strangers borrowing it, we'll have a friendly chat first, and reserve the right to pause the membership.
