Where are Diana & Dapper salons located?
Diana & Dapper has two unisex salons in Hyderabad: Sainikpuri (88/A, High Tension Road, Sai Baba Officers Colony, Secunderabad 500094) and Malkajgiri (First Floor, Above KFC, Street No. 3, Anandbagh, 500047).
What are your opening hours?
Both branches are open Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Do you accept walk-ins or do I need to book?
We welcome both walk-ins and advance bookings. To save time and secure your preferred slot, book online through Welns or call/WhatsApp the branch directly — Sainikpuri: 076748 18484, Malkajgiri: 088850 40540. Appointments are especially recommended on weekends and for longer services like bridal makeup.
How do I book an appointment?
Use the "Book an appointment" button anywhere on the site to reserve online via Welns for your preferred branch, or call/WhatsApp the branch directly.
What hygiene and safety standards do you follow?
We use sterilised tools for every client, single-use materials where required, and maintain a clean environment at both branches. Our customers consistently praise our cleanliness standards, and our team is always happy to walk you through our sanitation practices on request.

Is Diana & Dapper a unisex salon?
Yes. We offer hair, skin, grooming and beauty services for both men and women at both branches.
What services do you offer?
We offer a full range of grooming and beauty services — haircuts, hair colouring (balayage, ombré, highlights), keratin and smoothening treatments, scalp treatments, facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, beard styling, and bridal makeup packages for both men and women at both branches.
What products do you use?
We use professional-grade products including L'Oréal, Wella and O3+ across our hair, colour and skin services. For bridal makeup we use MAC and NARS.
How is your pricing structured?
Our pricing is transparent with no hidden charges. Full service menus with prices are listed on the women's and men's services pages. Prices for complex services like colour or keratin may vary based on hair length — our team confirms the final quote before starting.
Hair treatments
How much does a keratin treatment cost?
At Diana & Dapper, keratin starts at ₹5,999 for men. Women's keratin pricing: ₹5,999 (short), ₹7,999 (medium) and ₹9,999 (long hair). Botox and nanoplastia treatments are also available. See the Keratin service page for the full price list.
How long does a keratin treatment last?
Typically 3 to 5 months, depending on your hair type, wash frequency and aftercare. Using a sulphate-free shampoo extends the result.
What's the difference between smoothening, straightening and rebonding?
Smoothening relaxes frizz for a natural finish, straightening gives a sleeker result, and rebonding restructures the hair for poker-straight, long-lasting results. Our stylists recommend the best fit for your hair at consultation.
Do you do balayage or highlights in Hyderabad?
Yes. We create balayage-style and lived-in colour using global highlights and fashion colour techniques. Global highlights start at ₹5,000 and individual streaks from ₹500 (₹300 for men). The exact look and price are confirmed at a consultation.
What scalp treatments do you offer?
We offer five targeted scalp treatments: Scalp Soothing (sensitive scalp), Purifying Treatment (oily scalp), Root Revival (hair fall), Derma Cleanse (dandruff), and a Wella hair fall & dandruff programme. Men's treatments start at ₹1,999 and women's from ₹2,499.
Bridal services
Do you offer bridal makeup and packages?
Yes — we offer bridal and groom makeup, hair styling, saree draping, pre-bridal skincare and beauty services for the entire wedding party. See the Bridal page or fill in the enquiry form to plan your package.
How early should I book my bridal package?
We recommend booking at least two months in advance, especially during wedding season (October to February). For a full three-month pre-bridal regimen, the earlier the better.
Can I customise my bridal package?
Yes. Every package is built around your needs. Pick individual services, combine a pre-bridal plan with day-of makeup, or go fully à la carte. We work with your timeline and budget.
What products do you use for bridal makeup?
We use MAC and NARS for bridal makeup — long-wear, HD-friendly formulas that photograph beautifully and hold through every ceremony.
Do you offer a bridal trial session?
Yes, and we always recommend one. A trial run one to two weeks before the wedding helps us get the look right and gives you complete peace of mind.
Can you handle makeup for the entire wedding party?
Yes. Bride, groom, family, and friends. Our team at both Sainikpuri and Malkajgiri can accommodate large wedding parties with advance booking.
What should I bring to my bridal appointment?
Bring your outfit, jewellery, and any reference photos. If you're doing a trial, wear a similar-coloured top so we can match the look. We handle everything else.
Club membership
Do you have a membership or discounts?
Yes — the Diana & Dapper Club gives members 10% off every service, every visit, for five years. It's a one-time ₹500 activation at either branch. No card or app needed.
How do I join the D&D Club?
Walk in to either branch, tell our front desk you'd like to join, share one phone number, and pay ₹500 at the counter. Your membership is active immediately.
Can I share my membership with family?
Yes. The Club is tied to a phone number, not a face. Your spouse, parents, or children can give the same number at checkout and get the same 10% off.
Is the ₹500 membership fee refundable?
It's a one-time activation, not a deposit. We don't offer refunds. But five years of 10% off — even on a couple of haircuts and a facial — comes out comfortably ahead.
Does the Club discount stack with other offers?
The 10% applies to your service price on its own and does not stack with first-visit promos or seasonal packages. Whichever discount is larger will apply.
